Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Sales Telecaller role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective buyers, introduce luxury project offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include explaining project features and pricing, addressing initial questions, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate call records in CRM tools.

The role involves consistent follow-up with interested prospects,



coordination with the on-ground sales team, and supporting sales conversions through explicit communication and professional conduct. The telecaller will also share customer feedback with management to improve sales scripts and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and active listening abilities.
- Sales and customer service skills, such as lead generation, basic negotiation, and relationship-building with prospective buyers.
- Comfort with telecalling operations, including high call volumes, follow-up routines, and maintaining detailed call logs.
- Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or lead management tools, and ability to work with spreadsheets and email.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, luxury products, or call center/tele-sales roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar with a professional, goal-oriented, and ethical approach.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
