Think Wittsy is a growing Indian educational toy brand creating creative STEM toys, puzzles and games that make learning engaging and interactive for children.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Executive to manage daily order fulfilment, inventory, warehousing and distribution while ensuring operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Function Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfilment Manage and process orders across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and offline sales channels.
- B2B & Bulk Dispatches Plan and coordinate retailer, distributor and bulk order dispatches.
- Inventory Control Maintain stock accuracy, conduct physical stock audits and monitor inventory levels.
- Warehouse Operations Coordinate packing, storage, stock movement and daily warehouse activities.
- Logistics & Distribution Liaise with suppliers, courier partners and transporters; track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- ERP & Reporting Maintain accurate records, update ERP systems and prepare Excel-based inventory and dispatch reports.
- Performance & Optimisation Monitor operational KPIs, improve processes and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.




- Customer & Vendor Coordination Resolve order-related concerns and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills

•⁠ ⁠Microsoft Excel: Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting and basic data analysis.

•⁠ ⁠E-commerce Platforms: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; familiarity with Shopify.

•⁠ ⁠Operations Knowledge: Experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing or supply chain operations.

•⁠ ⁠Software Skills: Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software preferable

•⁠ ⁠Core Skills: Strong organisational, communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred: Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment, retail distribution or logistics operations.
