Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves advising customers on suitable life insurance products, explaining policy features, and supporting them in choosing protection and savings solutions aligned with their financial goals. The specialist will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, conducting needs-based assessments, presenting proposals, and closing sales while maintaining high compliance standards.

Daily responsibilities also include servicing existing clients,



handling queries, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with branch teams and distribution partners to achieve sales targets and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Insurance knowledge to explain products, benefits, and risk coverage clearly.

- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
