About ScrapioScrapio is a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF), focused on making vehicle scrapping simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We're looking for a proactive Leads & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, execute marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with automobile dealerships.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing, dealership partnerships, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and cost per lead.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to increase customer acquisition.

2. Dealership Partnerships & Relationship Management

- Reach out to automobile dealerships to establish new business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, sales managers, and teams.
- Coordinate with dealerships to generate consistent vehicle scrapping leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and dealership visits when required.

3. Lead Management & Business Growth





- Track and manage leads through CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain reports on marketing performance, dealership partnerships, and lead generation.
- Develop strategies to expand Scrapio's dealership network and customer base.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, business development, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and dealership meetings.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, track results, and achieve targets.
- Experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
