Lead Research Associate – Sales Ordnance

About us

Sales Ordnance runs B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for companies that sell to mid-size and large enterprises. We get our clients talking to senior decision-makers. We’ve worked with 100+ clients on 500+ campaigns across 11+ countries, in industries from cybersecurity and fintech to aerospace and manufacturing. We also run LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B sales training for sales teams.

The role

You’ll own prospect research and lead quality for our client campaigns. You’ll turn each client’s ideal customer profile (ICP) into accurate, well-targeted prospect lists, so outreach reaches the right people at the right companies. Over time, this role grows into managing campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, based on each client’s ICP
- Build prospect lists by industry, company size, geography, job title and exclusions
- Qualify leads and review profiles where fit is unclear
- Manage B2B leads in the pipeline and keep campaign trackers and Google Sheets up to date
- Report on campaigns and analyse campaign data




- Work with the outreach team and founder to keep campaign quality high

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in B2B lead generation, research, sales ops or SDR work
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Solid attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to learn a new client’s industry quickly
- Self-driven and reliable when working remotely

Nice to have

- Cold calling experience
- Experience with US, Middle East or SE Asia B2B markets
- Exposure to enterprise buyer roles such as CXOs, procurement and IT heads
