Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain applications using IBM Pacbase.
- Generate and maintain COBOL programs from Pacbase repositories.
- Design and develop online transactions, batch processes, reports, and interfaces.
- Perform application maintenance, incident resolution, and defect remediation.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct unit, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
- Participate in Pacbase modernization and migration initiatives.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of Mainframe development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on IBM Pacbase experience.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
