Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Lead who can independently handle diverse design requirements — from conceptualization and campaign development to final execution across Print, Outdoor, Digital, and Video formats.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and understanding of premium brand aesthetics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead creative direction for branding & marketing campaigns

✅ Conceptualize & execute premium campaigns across Print, Outdoor, Digital & Social

✅ Design Marketing Collaterals: Newspaper Ads, Brochures, Hoardings, Reels & Social Media Creatives

✅ Own End-to-End Designing: Develop original concepts & translate briefs into high-quality outputs

✅ Create Motion Graphics, Marketing Videos & AI-generated creative content





✅ Develop video concepts for project launches, walkthroughs & brand campaigns

✅ Ensure print-ready files & technical compliance for Ads, Brochures, Hoardings

✅ Leverage AI tools for faster, high-quality visual content creation

✅ Mentor the creative team & manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Maintain brand consistency across all communication

Mandatory Skills & Tools

Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

AI Tools: Kling AI | Figma | Claude | ElevenLabs | HeyGen | Veo | Sora AI

Other: Motion Graphics | AI Video Production | Print & Outdoor Production | Campaign Designing
