Job Summary

We are hiring energetic Lead Generation Executives for our International Truck Insurance process. The ideal candidate will work on provided data, research & qualify leads, and pass high-intent prospects to Sales Agents. You’ll be the first touchpoint for US/Canada truck owners and trucking companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on given data to generate, qualify, and validate leads for US/Canada truck insurance
- Make outbound calls,email outreach to truck owners & fleet managers
- Build rapport, understand client needs, and book appointments/transfer warm leads to Sales team
- Maintain 100% data accuracy in CRM and update lead status daily
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead and appointment targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international data/privacy standards
- Coordinate with Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0 months to 2 years experience in International BPO lead gen, tele-calling, or digital marketing preferred




- Fluency in both English + Punjabi is mandatory - English for client calls, Punjabi for internal coordination + regional data handling
- Excellent English communication with neutral/US accent for client interaction
- Strong research, data mining, and CRM skills. Basic computer proficiency required
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and consistent with numbers
- Good convincing skills + ability to handle objections on first call
- Comfortable working in night shifts permanently
