? We’re Hiring | Electrical Engineer – Lead Engineering (Hay Level 50-WP)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to join our engineering team!

If you have strong expertise in electrical design, PLC cabinets, EPLAN, AutoCAD, and industrial automation, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to challenging engineering projects.

? Position Details

Position: Engineer – Electrical – Lead Engineering (Hay Level 50-WP)

Experience: 5–6 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ENTC, or Instrumentation

Openings: 01

Gender: Male/Female

Work Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites

⚡ Key Responsibilities

✅ Design PLC cabinets and field wiring using EPLAN P8 / EPLAN 5.

✅ Prepare electrical layouts using AutoCAD.

✅ Perform power, load, cable, and power distribution calculations.

✅ Select and specify Siemens PLC hardware, drives, sensors, actuators, and electrical components.

✅ Work with industrial communication networks, including PROFIBUS, PROFINET, TCP/IP, Serial, and AS-i.

✅ Prepare detailed electrical drawings, BOMs, and cable tray layouts.

✅ Coordinate with cabinet suppliers and conduct FAT and electrical tests, including Megger and HV tests.

✅ Configure hardware and drives,



perform I/O testing, and support site installation and commissioning.

✅ Supervise electrical installation, troubleshoot issues, and support successful project handover.

? Skills We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical power and control systems.

Proficiency in EPLAN P8 / EPLAN 5 and AutoCAD.

Understanding of the complete project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and site support.

Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ownership skills.

A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.

Experience in material handling systems will be an added advantage.
