Role Brief The Lead drives campaign excellence, team leadership, and business growth across multiple accounts. This is a strategic role that balances big-picture thinking with strong execution. You will manage and mentor two Senior Managers who oversee a larger team, own account-level P&Ls;, and act as the primary client point of contact. The role demands ownership, people leadership, and the ability to build systems that help the team and the organization scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns along with campus ambassador campaigns from strategy through delivery and reporting.
- Present campaign plans and results to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Analyze campaign data and reports to measure performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Serve as the client POC, maintaining agency and client relationships and driving upsell opportunities.
- Oversee account-level P&Ls;, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop two Senior Managers and build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Coordinate with BD, Legal,



Finance, and Operations, and identify cross-business opportunities across teams.
- Apply an understanding of regional markets, especially North East and South East India, to campaign strategy and creator selection.

- 7+ years in influencer marketing, brand management or content strategy
- Experience leading strategic campaigns and key client accounts
- Ability to mentor, upskill and build high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving across creative and operational challenges
- Exposure to growth initiatives such as creator network expansion and new formats
- Comfort working with BD, Legal, Finance and Operations teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and reporting tools
- Attention to detail with a balance of structure and creativity
