We are looking for a business-oriented Business Analyst, not a technology-focused BA, with deep functional expertise in Core Banking and a strong understanding of Core banking products and its operations.
Key skills Required:
- Solid experience in Core Banking programs and transformations
- Deep understanding of Cash Management, Liquidity Management, and Accounting from a Core Banking business perspective
- Strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional solutioning
- Proven ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery across complex Core banking initiatives
- Robust Business perspective
The ideal candidate should possess deep Core Banking domain knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to lead discussions confidently across client and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should be able to bring a strong business perspective, challenge assumptions, influence product decisions, and contribute to building scalable Core Banking capabilities that align with business objectives.
