WE ARE HIRING | Lead Application Owner – Actimize ActOne

We are looking for an experienced Lead Application Owner – Actimize ActOne to join our Financial Crimes Technology team.

Job Details:

- Job Title: Lead Application Owner – Actimize ActOne
- Experience: 12–15 Years (7+ years of relevant Actimize experience)
- Location: Mumbai
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May extend as per US time-zone requirements)
- Role Type: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver technology solutions using NICE Actimize ActOne applications.
- Develop and customize alert generation, case creation, and workflow solutions.
- Migrate legacy scenarios and processes to strategic architectures.
- Develop and maintain eRCM applications, plugins, and Actimize workflows.
- Work with global technology teams to deliver scalable and regulatory-compliant solutions.
- Leverage DevOps practices for automated testing and deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in NICE Actimize ActOne / eRCM development.
- Strong expertise in Actimize Java Plugin Development.
- Hands-on experience with eRCM components: Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, Widgets, Platform Lists, User/Group/Role Entitlements,



XSL and Administration.
- Strong understanding of ActOne database schema and Actimize Case Management.
- Experience with Actimize Scheduler and Actimize tools.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Core Java experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures and query optimization.
- Understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
- Good understanding of software design concepts, OOP and functional development.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Actimize Intelligent Server (AIS) and Actimize models.
- Experience with FinCEN SAR Module.
- Exposure to Angular, TypeScript, HTML and Spring Boot.
- Experience with REST APIs and JDBC.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience with Tableau and financial market data.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and delivering large-scale financial crime technology projects.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
