Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

͏Lead Administrator-Uxm Nexthink Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain the Nexthink platform.
- Configure and manage Nexthink Dashboards, Investigations, Alerts, Campaigns, and Remote Actions.
- Develop and optimize Nexthink Query Language (NQL) investigations and analytics.
- Monitor endpoint health, application performance, stability, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics.
- Analyze endpoint and user experience data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform proactive monitoring to improve device health, application reliability, and end-user experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated remediation and self-healing solutions using Remote Actions.
- Create and optimize Nexthink alerts, campaigns, automation workflows, and monitoring use cases.
- Develop operational, analytical, and executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve DEX scores and overall endpoint experience.
- Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and enterprise tools such as ServiceNow.
- Manage platform administration activities including user roles, permissions, and governance.
- Support endpoint management technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM,



and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, and Application teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance optimization activities.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous service improvements.
