Over time, the product portfolio will grow to include authentic Indian spices, jaggery, and other traditional items. Team members contribute directly to bringing India’s originality and craftsmanship to global markets.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on Kolhapuri chappals within ANIL EXIM’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with artisans and suppliers, overseeing quality checks for handcrafted chappals, and ensuring that product specifications meet export and customer requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate product documentation, supporting order processing and inventory management, and collaborating with the export and sales teams to fulfill international buyer needs.

The team member may also assist in preparing product catalogs, responding to buyer inquiries,



and gathering feedback from markets to help improve product presentation and positioning. This position requires close work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of traditional Indian footwear, especially Kolhapuri chappals, and an understanding of artisan craft processes.
- Experience in product coordination or merchandising, including supplier communication and basic inventory or logistics handling.
- Attention to detail in quality inspection, documentation, and record-keeping for handcrafted products.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact effectively with artisans, vendors, and buyers.
- Basic familiarity with export or trade processes and willingness to learn international market requirements.
- Proficiency with common office software tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
- Relevant education in commerce, business, fashion, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in footwear, handicrafts, or export businesses is an advantage.
