Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior Sales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and direct client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services, software products or technology solutions, along with the ability to independently approach clients, generate business opportunities and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent B2B clients through direct sales, cold calling and networking.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities within the Chennai market.
- Promote IT services, software products and technology solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.




- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
- Hands-on experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP or software solutions.
- Experience in direct sales, lead generation and recent client acquisition.
- Prior experience handling corporate clients in the Chennai market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently approach potential customers and convert opportunities into business.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
