About the RoleWe are looking for a Robotics Engineer to operate, monitor, and optimize multi-axis robotic systems used in concrete 3D printing applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial robotics, robot programming, calibration, and automation, along with the ability to troubleshoot and manage robotic operations at project sites.

This is a hands-on, site-oriented role requiring close coordination with engineering, operations, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Robotic Operations & Site Execution

- Operate and monitor multi-axis industrial robotic systems for concrete 3D printing.
- Execute printing operations, including system setup, calibration, operation, and shutdown.
- Perform robot tool, TCP (Tool Center Point), and work object calibration.
- Monitor printing accuracy, layer consistency, and operational parameters.
- Troubleshoot robotic systems and make necessary adjustments during operations.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic servicing.
- Coordinate with site teams for material handling and uninterrupted printing operations.

2. Performance Monitoring & Coordination





- Monitor robotic performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintain daily operational logs, performance reports, and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with robotics, engineering, and project execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards at project sites.

Qualifications & Technical SkillsEducation

- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.

Technical Requirements

- Knowledge of industrial robotic systems and automation technologies.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in robot programming (ABB RAPID, KUKA KRL, or equivalent).
- Understanding of robot kinematics, coordinate systems, motion planning, and calibration.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or similar automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotic hardware, software, and operational issues.
- Understanding of robotic system maintenance and safety procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to additive manufacturing or concrete 3D printing.
- Experience working with industrial robotic arms and multi-axis systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
