What You'll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies.
- Generate leads, conduct prospect research, and support business development activities.
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups in coordination with internal teams.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Develop knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, MES, OEE, Industrial IoT, and digital manufacturing solutions.





What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
- Exposure to B2B sales or a strong interest in building a career in technical sales.
- Positive communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn industrial automation technologies and visit manufacturing facilities when required.
- An engineering background is preferred, with an interest in technology-driven business solutions.
