The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering & construction plan for residential building construction in West Bengal. They should have experience in end-to-end building construction activities with using Revit / AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute & monitoring a construction project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
- Execute project based on outlined criteria

Qualifications

- Regular Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to residential building construction, site execution and monitoring
- Experience with Revit / AutoCAD
- Robust organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
- Exceptional skill in Foundation, Shuttering. Structure, BBS, Brick Layout, Finishing etc.

Job Location

- Any District in West Bengal, preferably South Bengal
