✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee joining formalities.

▪ Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR compliance.

▪ Coordinate employee induction, orientation, and training.

▪ Handle payroll, reimbursements, Performance Management System (PMS), attendance, and leave management.

▪ Address employee grievances and facilitate communication between management and employees.

▪ Coordinate HR activities across departments.

▪ Organize employee engagement and recognition activities.

▪ Manage travel coordination for the Business Development Team.

▪ Support administrative activities.

? QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

▪ Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field; graduates from 2023 onward.





▪ 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Good people management skills.

▪ Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

▪ HR certifications will be an added advantage.
