ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Field Operations Executive to support and coordinate our team of field engineers and technicians. The role involves task allocation, tracking daily activities, monitoring productivity, and ensuring smooth execution of field operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with field engineers and technicians for daily operational activities.
- Allocate and track daily jobs based on priority, location, and availability.
- Monitor field team attendance, productivity, and task completion.
- Follow up on assigned jobs and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth service execution.
- Assist in resolving technician-related issues and operational challenges.
- Maintain daily MIS, performance reports, and job status updates.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of field technicians.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements in field efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in field operations, service coordination, or operations support.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Comfortable coordinating with field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Willingness to handle field-related operational requirements and local travel whenever required.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
