About the Internship

Estrome Technologies invites applications from motivated students and fresh graduates interested in software applications, technical operations, application support and software testing.

The selected intern will receive hands-on training and assist the technical team with monitoring, testing, customer support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Application Monitoring

- Assist in reviewing application health dashboards.
- Monitor and report system alerts.
- Maintain daily monitoring checklists.
- Escalate issues to the support team.

Software Testing

- Perform basic functional testing.
- Identify application errors and bugs.
- Document issues with screenshots.
- Assist with regression testing.

Technical Support

- Assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain support ticket records.
- Respond to routine application queries under supervision.




- Coordinate with team members on reported issues.

Product Demonstrations

- Learn application features and workflows.
- Assist with preparing product demonstrations.
- Support customer onboarding and training.

Documentation

- Prepare daily activity reports.
- Maintain support and testing records.
- Create basic user guides and FAQs.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- Understanding of web applications.
- Interest in software testing and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
