Minus 30 is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with a strong background in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry to manage inventory and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices, batch tracking, and expiry management.
- Handle inward/outward operations, GRN, material issuance, and dispatch coordination.
- Conduct physical stock audits and regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock variances, wastage, damaged goods, and inventory ageing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, food safety, and storage standards.
- Lead and supervise store and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase,



Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Inventory / Stores / Warehouse Management.
- Candidates must have experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Dairy, Ice Cream, or Frozen Food industries.
- Solid knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry management, and stock reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / Inventory Management Software.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience managing large-volume inventory and warehouse teams.
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
