Luna Technologies is hiring an Inventory Manager to oversee daily inventory operations, maintain optimal stock levels and supervise warehouse storage, handling and distribution, with ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control — Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock Management — Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands.
- Warehouse Operations — Supervise storage, handling, and distribution processes.
- ERP & Automation — Implement and manage ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking.
- Vendor Coordination — Collaborate with suppliers to streamline procurement and delivery schedules.
- Reporting & Analysis — Generate reports on stock movement, shrinkage, and forecasting.
- Compliance & Safety — Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Inventory Management, preferably in manufacturing or technology-driven industries.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Expertise in Forecasting and demand planning.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership ability to manage warehouse staff and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Inventory Practices and cost optimization.
