About QuikyGo

QuikyGo is building India's physical execution layer for Physical AI, enabling large-scale real-world data collection and processing to help train the next generation of AI and robotics systems.

We partner with businesses, facilities, and on-ground teams to collect high-quality, real-world human activity data across multiple industries. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to help us expand our partnerships and manage deployments on the ground.

## The Role

As a Partnerships & Deployment Intern, you will own the end-to-end process of identifying partners, building relationships, onboarding facilities, and executing egocentric data collection projects.

You will work directly with diagnostic laboratories, Contract Research Organisations (CROs), healthcare startups, medical training centres, and other businesses with physical facilities where real-world work activities can be recorded.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys business development, operations, and building things from the ground up.

## What You'll Do

1. Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify and connect with diagnostic labs, CROs, healthcare startups, medical training centres, and other relevant facilities.
- Reach out to business owners, lab directors, facility managers, and decision-makers to establish partnerships.
- Pitch QuikyGo's data collection programs and structure mutually beneficial commercial arrangements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners,



from initial outreach to signed partnerships.

2. Deployment & On-Ground Operations

- Onboard partner facilities for egocentric data collection projects using wearable, head-mounted cameras and other recording equipment.
- Coordinate with facility management and staff to plan recording schedules without disrupting regular operations.
- Manage equipment distribution, setup, usage, and returns.
- Ensure participants understand the recording process, provide informed consent, and follow applicable privacy and data-handling requirements.

3. Project & Partner Management

- Coordinate daily deployments, schedules, staff participation, and project requirements.
- Monitor recording progress, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure data collection meets project specifications.
- Maintain partner relationships and ensure smooth execution throughout each project.
- Track deployment metrics, recording hours, project completion, and partner satisfaction.

4. Growth & Expansion

- Discover new industries and facilities suitable for real-world data collection.
- Develop repeatable processes to scale partnerships and deployments.
- Share field insights and recommend improvements to QuikyGo's partnership and operations playbooks.

## Who We're Looking For
- A proactive,



entrepreneurial individual who takes ownership and gets things done.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting business owners, visiting facilities, and managing on-ground operations.
- Organised, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work in a quick-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Prior experience in partnerships, business development, field operations, healthcare, or B2B sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

## Compensation & Growth

- First 2 months: ₹20,000/month internship stipend.
- Post-internship: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at ₹45,000/month, subject to satisfactory performance and successful completion of the internship.
