Job Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding outstanding account balances and payment follow-ups.
- Discuss payment arrangements and record agreed payment dates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status.
- Follow applicable debt collection laws, company policies, and ethical practices.

Required Skills

- Prior experience in an international BPO, preferably in collections.
- Strong spoken English communication and active listening skills.

Shift: night shift, based on client requirements Work Mode: Full time, office-based

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries from international clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the inbound sales process and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from international customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer engagement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in international inbound sales or a similar role within the BPO sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
