We are looking for a results-driven Interior Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage customer enquiries, and drive revenue growth in the interior design and modular furniture industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete home interiors.
- Manage showroom walk-ins, incoming leads, customer meetings, and site-visit appointments.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, design preferences, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with interior designers to prepare quotations, design proposals, and project estimates.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve enquiry-to-conversion rates.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company policies.




- Coordinate with design, operations, production, and site execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, follow-up records, and sales forecasts.
- Develop local business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market outreach.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in interior sales, modular furniture, home interiors, or a related industry.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage high-value customers and handle sales objections.
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and residential interior solutions.
