About Spacify InteriorsSpacify Interiors is a skilled residential interior design and execution company based in Salem. We specialise in premium home interiors, modular furniture, false ceilings, lighting and complete interior execution.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily site activities and ensure quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site execution and labour activities.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, false ceiling workers and other contractors.
- Monitor work progress according to approved drawings and schedules.
- Ensure quality, finishing and accuracy of all executed works.
- Check material requirements and coordinate material availability.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams whenever required.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, electrical and false ceiling works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong responsibility and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites around Salem.
