Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with project teams to translate client requirements into functional and visually compelling interior concepts for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, preparing mood boards and material palettes, selecting finishes and FF&E;, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed on site. The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and adjusting designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

The Interior





Designer will also support project presentations, maintain documentation, and adhere to budget, timeline, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, user-centered layouts and cohesive design concepts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop, read, and coordinate technical plans and details with project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with project standards and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and vendor ecosystem in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
