Job Role: Insurance Sales Executive Direct Channel

Roles Responsibilities

- Promote and sell life insurance products to prospective customers.
- Contact customers using company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain insurance policies, benefits, features, and coverage details to customers over calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects and encourage policy purchases.
- Schedule customer appointments and conduct field visits when required.
- Generate new leads through promotional activities and customer referrals.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Manage a combination of office-based and field sales activities.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in insurance sales and customer relationship management.




- Ability to explain insurance products and convert prospective customers.
- Willingness to handle both telephonic sales and field visits.
