Cranberry.Fit is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, who listens first, understands each woman’s migraine journey, and guides her to the right care plan.
- Consult with high-intent leads over Phone and WhatsApp. Understand their needs, and recommend the right plan.
- Convert leads and own your daily and monthly targets
- Follow up, keep client records and support retention after onboarding
- Work with our doctors and care team so onboarding goes smoothly
Requirements:
1. 3+ year in sales or inside sales
2. Experience in healthcare or wellness sales, such as health counselling, women’s health, weight loss, insurance health, PCOS/diabetes programs or healthtech
3. Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi or regional languages are a plus
4. Real empathy: you can discuss health concerns with care
5. Full time, office-based (Koramangala, Bengaluru)
6. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Includes performance-based variables.
