We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident communicators who enjoy talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping them make the right decision.
? What will you do?
? Connect with leads and explain Lane’s driving programs
? Understand customer needs and recommend the right program
? Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into enrolments
? Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in our CRM
? Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
? Work towards monthly enrolment targets
? Who should apply?
✅ Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
✅ Any graduate
✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus!)
✅ Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and customer conversations
✅ Basic knowledge of spreadsheets or CRM tools
