Role Description The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the on-site IT infrastructure at Nuvoco’s facilities in Jharkhand, India. This full-time role includes monitoring network performance, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for users across the site. The specialist will perform day-to-day troubleshooting of IT issues, respond to service requests, and provide timely technical support to internal stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include implementing network security measures, assisting with system upgrades, documenting IT processes,



and coordinating with central IT teams to align local operations with organizational standards. The role is fully on-site and requires close collaboration with operations, administration, and other functional teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals, including experience with operating systems, hardware configuration, and common enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to manage, monitor, and protect local networks and connected devices.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to systems, connectivity, and user access.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and manage expectations in a professional manner.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field are preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are beneficial.
- Ability to work in office, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow safety and compliance standards.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, and familiarity with IT asset management and documentation, is an advantage.
