Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers, compiling lists, and helping evaluate their audience fit and engagement. Daily tasks include supporting outreach and communication with influencers, coordinating briefs, tracking content deliverables, and maintaining campaign reports.

The intern will help with content planning, scheduling posts, monitoring campaign performance, and gathering insights for optimization. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on campaign proposals, maintaining databases and documentation,



and contributing creative ideas for social media and influencer-led initiatives.

Qualifications

- Possess strong interest and understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and current digital trends.
- Demonstrate skills in research, data organization, and basic analytics to evaluate influencer performance and campaign results.
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills for skilled outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Show attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Be proficient with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office) and comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Bring a collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to suggesting creative campaign ideas.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination is an advantage.
