About ReachyReachReachyReach is an influencer marketing and talent management agency with an exclusive roster of 20+ automotive creators. We work with brands and advertising agencies to create impactful influencer campaigns and build long-term opportunities for our talent.

We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Talent Manager to manage our exclusive creators, nurture relationships, and help grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Management: Build strong relationships with our exclusive influencers and understand their qualified goals.
- Brand Collaborations: Coordinate with the internal team to secure and manage collaboration opportunities for our creators.
- Commercial Negotiations: Discuss commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with brands and agencies.
- Campaign Execution: Manage campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, content approvals, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators and ensure clear, timely communication.
- Creator Growth: Identify opportunities to grow creators' personal brands, improve their positioning, and expand their collaboration potential.
- Coordination & Follow-ups: Track campaign commitments, pending deliverables, payments, and invoices.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends,



social media platforms, and the automotive creator ecosystem.

- Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation.
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital content, or automobiles.
- Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
- Should have their own laptop

Experience: Freshers with the right attitude are welcome. Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, account management, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
