We're looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager who turns organic traffic into qualified leads and measurable business growth. You should have a proven track record of generating leads through inbound marketing, with strong expertise in SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

You'll own our inbound growth strategy, from helping the right buyers discover us to converting their interest into qualified leads and sales opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the strategy, execute it, and take ownership of the results.

What You'll Do

Drive inbound lead generation: Build strategies that attract potential buyers and convert website visitors into qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Own SEO and GEO: Improve our visibility across traditional search engines and AI platforms, focusing on the topics and queries that matter to our target customers.

Build a content strategy that converts: Identify what our audience is searching for and create a plan for blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and other content that supports buying decisions.

Improve website conversions: Identify why visitors aren't converting, test improvements to landing pages and calls to action, and increase the number of qualified leads generated.

Expand organic reach: Distribute content, build industry relationships,



and earn relevant brand mentions and backlinks to strengthen visibility and trust.

Measure and improve performance: Track leads, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. Use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in inbound marketing, SEO, organic growth, or demand generation, with demonstrable success generating qualified leads for B2B businesses.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, including keyword research, technical optimization, content strategy, and organic growth.
- Practical experience with GEO or a demonstrable understanding of how to improve brand visibility across AI search platforms.
- Experience improving website conversions and measuring the journey from website visit to qualified lead and sales opportunity.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- An understanding of lead nurturing and marketing automation, including how to move prospects towards conversion through relevant follow-ups and targeted content.
- Comfort using AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, and marketing execution, while validating outputs and applying independent judgment.
- Robust analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear priorities and actionable plans.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology marketing is a plus. Familiarity with conversion testing and marketing performance dashboards is also valuable.
