Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for engineering and project-based teams.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, manage compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on staffing needs, facilitating training and development initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, and promoting a positive,



inclusive workplace culture aligned with SAT Integrated Services’ project-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, preferably for engineering, construction, or project-based roles.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS usage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
- Ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with project and business leaders.
- Robust organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, ideally within engineering, construction, consulting, or similar industries.
