Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Shift Time: IST 2PM/3PM - IST 11 PM/12 AM

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working from office)

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 12-month internship. This role offers exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting, and various people initiatives while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with onboarding and new joiner documentation.
- Maintain candidate and employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support HR Operations activities, including documentation and employee lifecycle administration.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on ongoing projects and assignments.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.




- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
