Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for bakery outlets and central functions. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves implementing HR policies, managing performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Labonel’s values.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, overseeing attendance and leave management,



coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting compensation and benefits administration. The role also requires collaborating closely with store leadership and senior management to forecast staffing needs and enable smooth, people-focused operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in HR operations and employee lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, exit processes).
- Experience in performance management, feedback systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
- Competence in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and use of HRIS or related software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced retail or food & beverage environment and partner with frontline teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food services.
