Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager (Recruitment) role based in Mumbai. The HRMR will oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.



The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and global group standards, while promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

The Human Resources

Manager will partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, design training and development initiatives, manage compensation and benefits frameworks, and support organizational change.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Solid skills in HR operations, including policy implementation, HRIS usage, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Ability to design and support training, learning, and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Proficient communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location organization, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
