About Plantopia FarmsPlantopia Farms Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in cultivating and supplying premium fresh berries, including Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries across 60+ acres in Nilgiris. We also manufacture approximately 200 kg of premium fruit jams and preserves daily.

With a workforce of 250+ labourers and 50+ employees, including department managers, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee management.
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll, and salary processing.
- Handle labour management and workforce coordination.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.




- Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning.
- Monitor employee performance and support training and development.

Requirements
- Previous experience in HR management is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently.
- Experience in handling both labourers and office employees will be an added advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR (HR management experience preferred).

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience).
