We’re Hiring: HR Intern | Vadodara

Phonon.io is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a outstanding opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain practical experience in HR and build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Location: Vadodara (Work from Office)

Duration: 6–12 Months

Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Support employee onboarding & offboarding, joining & exit formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate background verification and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, HR policies, and other HR-related documents.




- Contribute to performance management, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of Advanced Excel, ATS, HRMS, or HRIS will be an added advantage.
