Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in recruitment and day-to-day people operations and administrative activities in a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation programs. The role also involves coordinating HR communication, preparing basic HR reports,



and providing general support for personnel management initiatives aligned with the organization’s inclusive mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including interest in core HR functions and people operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee data, supporting onboarding, and assisting with employee lifecycle processes.
- Relevant skills such as strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office or similar tools are beneficial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are highly valued.
