Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Mumbai.

The Human Resources

Intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating documentation. The role involves helping with HR policy implementation, supporting personnel management activities, and assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also contribute to data entry, preparing HR reports, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.





This position offers exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to learn in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic awareness of Employee Advantages.
- Ability to assist with Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining employee information and supporting HR processes.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning HR systems or tools.
- Interest in the social sector and willingness to contribute to community-focused initiatives.
