Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Source talent and bring qualified candidates to build our organization as an industry leader
- Handle recruitment using various tools and portals (develop a talent pool for the organization's growth)
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Find, acquire, assess and hire candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements
