About the role

As HR Manager, you will own the complete employee lifecycle at Supertalks, from hiring to exit. You’ll build and run the systems for recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll inputs and performance, and be the first point of contact for the team.

What you’ll do

Hiring and onboarding

- Run recruitment end to end: post openings, screen candidates, schedule interview rounds and present final shortlists for decision
- Keep a hiring pipeline active at all times, so the team is never short when someone leaves
- Lead every new joiner’s first months with structured onboarding, clear role expectations and 30-60-90 day plans

People operations

- Maintain employment records: contracts, NOCs, offer letters and salary revision letters
- Track attendance and leaves, and prepare monthly payout sheets for approval
- Handle exits: resignations, full and final settlements, experience and relieving letters

Performance and culture





- Build and run a KPI tracking system with monthly reviews and documented feedback
- Be the first point of contact for team concerns, and resolve them early
- Communicate company policies clearly: working hours, studio discipline, system access and NDAs

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2 years of HR experience covering recruitment and HR operations
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring, onboarding and exits
- Working knowledge of offer letters, contracts and payroll inputs such as attendance, leave and payouts
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling sensitive conversations
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in a media, creative or startup environment is a plus
