Role Description The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees and management across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region on-site. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating payroll inputs, and administering benefits in line with company policies. The position involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws,



and support performance management processes and training initiatives. Collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement activities, and organizational development is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support organizational goals and people practices.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and coordination of payroll and perks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and statutory compliance, including the ability to develop, implement, and communicate policies clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
- Comfort with HR software and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Experience in retail, luxury goods, or fashion is beneficial, along with an interest in ethical and sustainable brands.
