IG International is a growing player in the wholesale fresh produce industry. We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR team in Navi Mumbai and help us hire the right people as we expand.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive – Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding, and build a strong talent pipeline for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic and in-person screening, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers




- Follow up with candidates on feedback, offers, and joining status
- Support the offer, documentation, and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred

- Experience hiring for sales, operations, or supply chain roles
- Prior experience in FMCG, trading, or the fresh produce industry
