THE OPPORTUNITY / ABOUT THE ROLE

Our rapidly growing company is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR professional with strong recruitment experience and a good understanding of HR operations to help lead and strengthen the HR function. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is ready to take on new challenges, demonstrate a high level of ownership, and contribute to building a strong and productive HR team.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Store Operations roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads and operations managers.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring for store operations and corporate-level recruitment.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined hiring TATs.
- Explore new sourcing channels to improve recruitment efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, good knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements. A proactive mindset, high ownership, willingness to take on new challenges,



and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or any field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recuritment
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Robust communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
