Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Associate role based in Vadodara.

The Human Resources

Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating documentation and compliance. The role involves supporting training and development initiatives, organizing orientation sessions, and helping implement HR policies and procedures across the property.



The individual will collaborate with department managers to address employee queries, support performance management cycles, and contribute to employee engagement and welfare activities.

The role requires regular interaction with team members at all levels to ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment aligned with Sayaji’s service culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations for effective handling of day-to-day HR activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to support employee learning, induction programs, and skill-building initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments, knowledge of HR software or HRIS, and familiarity with local labor laws are beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting is highly valued.
