Job Overview:

Jerai Fitness Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Compliance Manager to oversee statutory compliance, labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across its corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and showrooms. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations, managing statutory filings, conducting audits, and coordinating with government authorities and external consultants. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Indian labour laws, robust compliance management skills, and experience handling multi-location HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory obligations related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor statutory filings, returns, challans, registrations, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks across the organization.




- Ensure compliance across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, showrooms, and other business locations.
- Conduct internal HR compliance audits, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain statutory registers, employee records, employment contracts, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, legal advisors, auditors, and external compliance consultants.
- Monitor contractor and third-party manpower compliance, including wage records and statutory documentation.
- Oversee compliance related to employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full and final settlements.
- Support POSH compliance, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare compliance reports, maintain statutory compliance trackers, and advise management on regulatory risks.
- Guide the HR team on compliance procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Skills:

- MBA in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR or an LL.B. qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR compliance, labour laws, and statutory management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation and Maharashtra-specific statutory requirements.
- Experience managing compliance across factories, corporate offices, and multiple business locations.
- Expertise in statutory audits, regulatory filings, employee documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Strong coordination skills for dealing with government authorities, consultants, and internal departments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage compliance responsibilities and regulatory deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
